The Exhibitor agrees to review the Display Guidelines as an art and/or craft vendor at the Ennismore Shamrock Festival.

The Exhibitor releases the Township of Selwyn, the Ennismore Community Centre and the Organizing Committee, along with any volunteers or employees, from injury or damage incurred by the Exhibitor or thier Agents.

The Township of Selwyn, the Ennismore Community Centre and the Organizing Committee are hereby released from all liability and responsibility for theft, damage or accidents with regard to all Exhibitors' displays prior to, during and after the Festival. Product guarantees, liabilities and insurance are the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor.
