Please use this form to make your request for Municipal Compliance letters for the Alcohol and Gaming Commision of Ontario (AGCO). Only one submission is required for Municipal Compliance letters from the Building Department, Fire Department and Clerks Department.

Businesses applying for a liquor license through the AGCO to sell or serve alcohol require compliance letters from:

  1. Building Department
  2. Fire Department
  3. Clerks Department
  4. Public Health (not part of this application)
